All you need to add is two sticks of unsalted butter, two large eggs, and 1 teaspoon vanilla. While a stand mixer is much easier, you can use a handheld mixer or even just your gloved hands and a spoon. You will be proved all the dry ingredients (vacuum sealed for max freshness) and a step-by-step guide (with pictures when viewed online) on how to make them. Makes 8 large cookies.
